Step 3: Packaging Please pack the goods carefully, preferably in the original packaging, to avoid damage during transport.
Step 4: Return Take the package to a postal service provider of your choice. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs yourself. Keep the receipt as proof.
Step 5: 30-day trial period You have the opportunity to test our products for 30 days. Within this period, you can return the goods to us without giving any reason.
Step 6: Inspection Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect the goods to determine their condition. We pay close attention to whether the items are damaged or worn. This careful inspection ensures that the return process is fair and transparent. Once the inspection is complete, we will move on to the next step of the refund.
Step 7: Refund Once we have received and checked the return and everything is OK, we will refund the purchase price via the payment method you used. Please note that processing may take a few days.
Legal: baenny provides the online buyer with a non-independent satisfaction guarantee, in which the goods can be tested for 14 days, in addition to the statutory cancellation period of 14 days. Within this period, the buyer can return the goods without giving any reasons. Returns are made at the buyer's own expense and risk. In the case of damaged, heavily soiled or already washed goods, returns and refunds of the purchase price are excluded. This claim is not transferable. In all other respects, reference is made to Section 310 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
