1. When you register for our newsletter

If you have expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR, we will use your email address to regularly send you our newsletter. To receive the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide an email address. You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can send your unsubscribe request by email to hello@baenny.com at any time.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the legal basis for the processing of personal data in connection with the sending of the newsletter.

If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours of receiving our confirmation email as part of the double opt-in process, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month.

2. When using our contact form

If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. You must provide a valid email address so that we know who the request came from and can answer it. Additional information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. The personal data we collect for the use of the contact form is automatically deleted after your request has been processed.

3. Transfer of data

Data will only be passed on to third parties within the framework of the legal requirements, e.g. on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR if this is necessary for contractual purposes or on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR due to legitimate interests. If we use third parties to provide our services, we take suitable legal precautions and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. The third parties have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored.

6. Purpose of data processing

1. Google Analytics1

For the purpose of needs-based design and continuous optimization of our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. 2. Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

We also use Google Conversion Tracking to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our website for you. Google Adwords places a cookie (see section 4) on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and

are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can see that the user has clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Data protection authorities require the conclusion of a data processing agreement for the permissible use of Google Analytics. A corresponding template is offered by Google at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.pdf. Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Adwords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers learn the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they receive

no information that can be used to personally identify users.

4. Social Media Plug-ins

We use social plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on our website on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR in order to make our company better known. The advertising purpose behind this is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation must be guaranteed by their respective providers. We integrate these plug-ins using the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website as best as possible.

a) Facebook

Our website uses social media plugins from Facebook to make its use more personal. For this purpose, we use the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button. This is an offer from Facebook. When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers.   • pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
  • pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller;
  • to revoke your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 Paragraph 3 GDPR. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future and

When you visit our website, we use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually 256-bit encryption.
